I definitely recommend these services! Tanesha made our pregnancy and delivery absolutely AMAZING! She was there for me throughout it all! Any question I had she answered! Any issue she addressed but mostly she was very kind! She was on time for doctor appointments, delivery and even helped me do things I wasn’t able to do, considering I was close to delivery! I 1000% recommend her services!
I met Tanesha late in my pregnancy but I must say she gave me the confidence I was missing the entire 9 months, the feeling of being supported, advocated for and simply cared for would have made my entire 9 months so much smoother if I had her from day one, but when she did step in she gave me so many tools to relax my body, and my mind to prepare me for birth.
Tanesha made the doctors stop and listen to ensure my body was ready and prepared.
Never too far away and was always there when you called.
Even after birth she provided me with tools to help the transition into motherhood one to remember. Even offered her time beyond a Dula, offered to take me to appointments, clean if needed or simply watch the baby if I needed a shower or nap.
I’m not the type to ever ask for help but she knew when I needed her and that’s far more than I could’ve asked for!

I had the pleasure of having Tanesha as my Doula when I birthed my miracle baby boy on January 27, 2025! She was so attentive, answered every question that my husband and I had, took the best care of us and made sure we were both comfortable! She is so knowledgeable and was there every step of the way! Although I live in GA and she lives in TN, she didn’t miss a beat. Called after every doctor’s appointment and sometimes before to make sure I knew what questions to ask and that my birth plan was provided to the doctor before delivery! I called her the morning of January 26 and told her that I lost my mucus plug. She had me time my contractions through an app and as soon as it told me that I should go to the hospital she got on the road and drove straight to the hospital. She made sure my birth plan was executed in the way I wanted. When I was dilated to 1 cm she helped with breathing exercises, ball exercises, walking, and had so many positive affirmations in the room that made me feel peaceful and ready for the birthing experience. She was there the entire way! If you are looking for a Doula who is knowledgeable, attentive and spiritually in tune please book Tanesha! She is amazing and truly a gift from God!
