Tennessee’s rivers and streams flow through my veins, grounding me in my core values of authenticity, honesty, and bravery. I strive to remain present in each moment, ensuring no notification goes unanswered. Each day, I embrace the rewarding yet challenging adventure of raising my three spirited children—two adults and a lively 7-year-old—nurturing their unique identities in a world that often tries to fit us into neat, perfect boxes.

My professional journey has been diverse: I’ve served as an Admissions Counselor, navigating the paths of education; managed payroll, ensuring accuracy and support for countless individuals; and worked as a Community Health Worker, advocating for health and well-being in my community. Yet, I find that the most courageous role I’ve taken on is that of a mother—showing up every day, parenting with intention, and making choices that differ from how I was raised. It is within this realm that I discover the true essence of bravery.
