Tennessee’s rivers and streams flow through my veins, grounding me in the values I hold dear: authenticity, honesty, and bravery. These are more than just words—they guide the way I live, love, and support others. As a doula, I bring a calm, steady presence into every space I enter, ensuring every voice is heard, every need is acknowledged, and no moment goes unanswered.
My life is a rich blend of experiences. I’m a proud mother of three—two thriving adults and a spirited 7-year-old who keeps me both grounded and inspired. Parenting, for me, has been the greatest act of bravery. I parent with intention, choosing a path that honors who my children truly are rather than the expectations placed upon them. That same intentionality is what I offer my clients: space to be seen, supported, and empowered—exactly as they are.
Before becoming a doula, I walked many paths: from guiding students as an Admission Counselor to managing the intricate details of payroll, to advocating for families as a Community Health Worker. Each role sharpened my sense of empathy, strengthened my communication, and deepened my commitment to showing up fully for others.
Becoming a doula isn’t just a profession—it’s a calling. I’m here to walk with you, honor your story, and provide grounded, loving care through some of life’s most transformational moments.
