Let’s be real—trying to put birth into words? Whew, it just doesn’t do it justice. It’s wild, raw, powerful, emotional…and no two experiences are ever the same. Birth isn’t just a physical act—it’s a whole transformation. A sacred rite of passage that shifts you in ways you didn’t even know were possible.
Here’s what I do know for sure: your body was built for this. Seriously. Without you even trying, your body creates a heartbeat, a placenta, an entire little human—no instructions needed. That same quiet wisdom that grew your baby knows how to bring your baby earthside too. And I’ll be right by your side, reminding you of your power every step of the way.
Now listen, when I say I believe in your body’s divine ability to birth—that’s with the understanding that sometimes your body or baby says, “Hey sis, we gotta switch it up.”
